ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE
24th South West Leeds Scout Group 2018
The Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 16th July at 7.30pm at the Scout Hut Farnley.
This is expected to be a short meeting to approve the annual accounts, the nomination and appointment of the committee, and a brief report on the running of the. There will also be a review of our sections activities during 2017-18
Most leaders will be present and available to discuss the section programmes. Please show your support for the leaders who give up hundreds of hours to look after your children – they do appreciate the chance to meet and talk to parents and will be pleased to answer your questions.
Farnley Scouts Group is run by a dedicated group of leaders supported by a committee of parent volunteers.
The Committee are looking for new members to help at group events and with maintenance of the scout room and equipment and attend approx three group planning meetings each year.
